The Hermosa Project is a premier polymetallic development located in the Patagonia Mountains of southern Arizona, approximately 80 kilometres southeast of Tucson. The project encompasses several significant mineral assets, including the Taylor zinc-lead-silver sulphide deposit, the Clark zinc-manganese-silver oxide deposit, the Peake copper-lead-zinc-silver exploration target, and the Flux prospect.

Leveraging proven underground mining and processing technologies, including methodologies successfully employed at South32’s Cannington operation in Australia, Hermosa is being advanced as a modern, large-scale mining operation with strong long-term growth potential.

The project holds particular strategic importance as the only advanced mine development project in the United States with the potential to produce two federally designated critical minerals—zinc and manganese. These minerals are essential components in infrastructure, energy storage systems, and clean energy technologies, positioning Hermosa as a key contributor to strengthening domestic critical mineral supply chains and supporting the transition to a lower-carbon economy.
