Rene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of California at Berkeley.

Fred has led cross-functional teams in logistics, distribution, and financial management, delivering sustainable results and operational excellence. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from California State University, Long Beach.

Diego has 25+ years of experience leading mining and energy initiatives across South America and currently serves as Managing Partner, Risk Management for Argentina, Chile, and Peru, where he defines and executes regional strategy integrating technical, social, and commercial capabilities across the full asset lifecycle. He oversees long-term master planning and capital strategy development, ensures technical rigor through Investment Project Review (IPR) governance and PFS/FS study oversight, and guides community engagement, land acquisition, and social license strategies in complex jurisdictions. Diego drives safe, efficient project delivery from design through construction and commissioning while leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams to maximize asset value and support institutional investment decisions.
