He consistently delivers shareholder value by managing risks well, focusing on critical priorities, leveraging functional expertise globally, driving a culture of improvement, and sharing best practices. Rene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of California at Berkeley.

He has extensive international management experience, having lead cross-functional teams in over 30 countries on a wide range of projects in different industries. Jonas is fluent in English, Spanish, German, Portuguese and has working knowledge of French. He holds a Diploma in Architecture, MSc in Project Management and a bilingual MBA from IESE Business School.
